Microsoft teams is our chosen remote working platform. to access / install it go to
to login please use your usual trust login details,
You will now be sent to the OUH login page for teams, now enter your OUH email password
you will be asked if you want to stay signed in, this is a good idea, but if you are on a shared computer it is advisable to click no.
Now you’ll be asked if you want to use the app, click get the Mac app or get the windows app if you are on windows.
If you are on a shared computer click the ‘use the web app instead’ link at the bottom of the page
you will now need to install the app on either the Mac or Windows, the file should have gone into your downloads folder on Windows this is normally in the computer folder accessed from the taskbar as below, double click the teams installer.
on a Mac the installer will be in the downloads folder, double click the Teams_osx.pkg file teams will now install
once teams has installed it may open by itself or you may have to open it from your applications folder on both Mac and Windows
now just sign in with your OUH login details
now enter your OUH email password click sign in
Teams will now load. congratulations.
